Supported Living
Supported Living services are designed to provide the level of support required to assist a person to be an active and productive
member of society.
At DT Care Services our care staff work in partnership with the client with the disability, and their family, to develop and implement the lifestyle the person wants.
Some of the services:
- Support for disabilities.
- Encouraging independences.
- Managing daily tasks.
- Promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Job seeking Administering medication.
Supported Living services are delivered in the client’s own home to encourage independence. They will receive support with any aspects that are required to live an ordinary life as possible, this could be help with such things as; managing bills and money, cooking and healthy eating, finding employment, shopping and managing medication.
